Żurek (Farmer’s Rye Soup)
One quart of Żurek (also referred to as White Barscz), a creamy, slightly sour, rye soup with a chicken-based broth with fresh Polish sausage and potatoes.

For best quality, thaw under refrigeration overnight.
Cook in a saucepan over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, until temperature reads 165º
For safety we recommend all products are reheated to an internal temperature of 165º.
